Hi, I'm Joe Budden.

I help men heal from the daily burnout, stress, and fatigue so they feel confident again in their own body- while dropping the weight, gaining some lean muscle, and Building a fully focussed mindset.

Back in 20010 I was overweight, addicted to food & at war with my body image. I simply could not stick to a ‘diet’. I would starve myself, only to then overeat. I'd restrict foods I enjoyed, only to binge on them later.

I tried everything to lose weight and build a little strength - low-carb, keto, weight watchers - HIIT - Crossfit the list goes on.

I knew that I had to figure out the journey myself. I always struggled with diet & knowing how to exercise, issues which made a daunting job feel overwhelming. After a long journey of trial and error, I lost the fat & built some muscle (probably a little too much! But I got hooked into bodybuilding!), balanced my habits and lifestyle choices & discovered the true secrets to weight loss.

And it sparked a passion to help men all over the world. So I decided it was time to help! I enlisted experts in nutrition, psychology & medicine to to help me better understand how each man can respond in different ways. I have invested over £50,000 to learn how to help men in a similar position to where I was. The skills I have picked up along the way make sustainable weight loss and building muscle fun and life changing . And I am so proud that I can share this with you.

 How soon will I start losing weight?

 Do you have any type of guarantee?

No, our system works so long as you follow the protocols we put in place for you therefore we do not offer a guarantee.

 What does your coaching program teach?

We teach you how to firstly lose weight but most importantly the skills to be able to maintain a leaner stronger version of yourself 365 days of the year. We will teach you a forever menu of foods, how to exercise to reach and maintain a composition you love as well as providing you with an education of how your body works in conjunction with fat loss, strength, health and mental well being.

 How is this different than all the other workout programs I’ve already tried?

This is not a ‘here’s the diet, go do it’ approach - we are on hand to actively coach you with consistent touch points as well as weekly interactive LIVE teaching sessions where we delve into teaching you the TRUTH behind fat loss & most importantly the skills and tricks of how to accommodate the right nutrition and exercise protocols for YOUR individual body.

 Is it really possible to lose weight a significant amount if I’m over 40 ?

Absolutely, it is our job to show you how to accommodate the correct amount of food and exercise within your week to deliver the weight loss goals you want to achieve. Age or lifestyle are not limiting factors.

YES - by commencing exercise alongside food plan structure we will prioritise changing your shape and structure.

 How do I know if I’m ready to join your program? I feel I am way too busy with my work and kids and general life. I hardly have time to myself.

I've been there myself and completely understand that feeling. But I have had to find a solution that is realistic and sustainable to lose weight and maintain. The method I will teach you over the next 12 weeks is the method I have used for myself. I understand when you say ‘I lack belief, I’ve failed so many diets’ I know what that feels like, you will be working with someone who truly understands the changes you are going to go through first hand.

 Do you include check in’s to make sure I’m staying on track?

Yes, this programme is hands on, we are in place to assist you with 3 x per week contact and touch points. This includes weekly LIVE check in & two message form check ins either side of the week. We believe consistent communication is a key component to truly getting you to where you want to be.

 I’ve hired other ‘online fitness coaches’ and didn’t get results. How do I know this will work?

This is not a ‘diet’ this is a programme that delivers you results whilst we teach you how to manage your food & exercise alongside a busy lifestyle as well as building an education of how to make the right choices in regards to eating out, socialising, alcohol etc.
This programme is adaptable and most importantly REALISTIC which leaves no room for failure.

 Do I need to train at a gym or can I train from home?

You have the decision to opt for the exercise location you prefer. But for best results And more Variety gyms are best.

 Do I need to have experience with exercise to do this program?

No, we are set up to support beginners to advanced level depending on your level of experience.

 Can I still drink wine on the weekends?

This all depend on exactly how far you want to go. But Yes we instruct you on how to make swaps to allow for alcohol.

 What if there is an exercise I can’t do or doesn’t feel good?

You will have the option to swap exercises if needed.

 Are all the coaches male, I don’t feel comfortable being coached by a female?

At Fasttwitch Coaching we only have male coaches.

 Is the food family friendly?

We have many recipes that are family friendly, so everyone can enjoy the meals together.
